Hanging with Fulcrum
I started to fulcrum hang, I think maybe my ligs are maxed, my erection is not straight down, so below I did the entire Week 1 to Week 10
Straight down
I wasn’t seeing anything with length gains with this below, adding 10 minute jelqs manually and with the power jelq device I bought.
Mind you my girth blew up to about 6” (from 5.5), (I used to get that with pumping for 15 minutes)
Week 01: 3x sets 2lbs Max @ 20m each
Week 02: 4x sets 2lbs Max @ 20m each (only adding sets)
Week 03: 5x sets 2lbs Max @ 20m each
Week 04: 6x sets 2lbs Max @ 20m each (privacy time maximized)
Week 05: 6x sets 3lbs Max @ 20m each (only adding weight)
Week 06: 6x sets 4lbs Max @ 20m each
Week 07: 6x sets 5lbs Max @ 20m each
Week 08: 6x sets 6lbs Max @ 20m each
Week 09: 6x sets 7lbs Max @ 20m each (in each example, this is a typical number of sets per day)
Week 10: 6x sets 8lbs Max @ 20m each (I.e. At this point, the hanger could be doing 6x 20m sets per day)
Week 11: 6x sets 9lbs Max @ 20m each <<—— this is where I am now, but decided to Fulcrum instead, the broom idea is awesome,
I enjoy the feeling I get after a 20m session.

I think, as with everything here, it is a personal preference.I love the broom handle and PVC pipe fulcrums, but some might find them a little harsh and prefer the rice sock.
