Fulcrum hanging.

Does anyone else hang using a fulcrum?

I just finished ten minutes hanging 4 pounds while seated using a wooden dowel as a fulcrum and I can really feel the stretch in the shaft, which is great because all I’ve been getting so far is ligament pulling.

I’ve been toying with it for a few days. Feels much more intense, even with less weight than hanging normally.

Absolutely.

I began with 2 1/2 pounds, which barely bent the wrap over the dowel, but I added another 1 1/2 pounds and bend my dick around the dowel and after a few minutes felt the strain right across the top area which I would presume is the tunica.

I do fulcrum hanging with 5 lbs on a 3/4 inch dowel. I get a good stretch. My penis is made of steel though nothing I’ve done up to this point has given me any great length gains.

Have you done the newbie first?

I have just started fulcrum hanging. I have used a 2 inch diameter PVC pipe and an RSDT. I have heard that the RSDT fulcrum is supposed to be the cats meow but to be honest I felt as if the PVC pipe was much better. I will be experimenting and updating. Has anyone else tried the RSDT fulcrum and found it to be over rated?

I think, as with everything here, it is a personal preference.

I love the broom handle and PVC pipe fulcrums, but some might find them a little harsh and prefer the rice sock.

I guess I preferred the harsher side then, my problem was that the rice sock didn’t feel intense enough and the PVC pipe hit me just right. Thanks for the insight a-unit. I just finished sets 4 and 5 with the PVC pipe after sets 1,2 and 3 being BTC. I may look for a smaller piece of PVC. The two inch is large but it still gave me a great hit on the tunica.

I use a 2” pipe and the broom handle as well.

I find the pipe pulls under the balls too, which I never experienced any other way.

Are you doing them seated or standing. One of the things I noticed with the PVC pipe was a strong and deep pull on the side ligements, I have done them both seated and standing the last two days. I will spend a week with my experiments and then implement a structured plan of attack into my routine.

I am doing all of mine seated at the present.

I don’t know if you have heard of hillbilly hanging. It is simple and puts a great stress on the tunica. You do this with a flat board like a 2x4 with it across your thighs while standing. The back of the skids should be placed on the board and this will create the fulcrum with the hanger. It is just another option and is probably the simplest way to do fulcrum hanging. The weight and the hanger will keep the board in place.

I don’t do any standing fulcrums as yet.
