Fulcrum hanging

Fulcrum hanging

I have done a search on this and found BIB Has Spoken… A New Hanging Technique Is Born In 2006! and iv been looking on bibs forum too but I can’t find what I’m looking for.

1.Is this method of fulcrum hanging only for bib hangers?

2.If it is then what is the method for normal fulcrum hanging, anyone got a diagram and is it just a normal rice sock?

Thanks folks.

You can do it with any type of hanger.

Yes it’s just a normal rice sock.

Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal

A stretcher and hanging weights straightened out my upward curve for the most part.

Would using fulcrums over time be able to create a slight downward curve?

So do I need to add the plastic cup or is that just of the bib? Because it said something about stopping the parts on the bib for rubbing?

It works best with a Bib Hanger or Bib Starter, since it relies on the solid “skids” along the bottom to use as a pivot. The technique boils down to a way of using leverage to multiply the force that the hanger applies to your shaft. You can get a similar effect by hanging heavier weight, although this technique also has the benefit of focusing the stress on the dorsal side of your shaft, where it will probably do the most good.

Would it not be as effective with a vac hanger then? Would I be better hanging So to hit the tunica with a vac?

1. You can use any hanger with it. You can manual stretch over it.

2. It’s a nondescript kind of.. lump sort of thingy. Please check the member pics section on here or Bib’s forum, I’ve posted pics of mine in both places. It’s going to look like a shiny duct tape ball, with a firm arc on one or both sides. When you hang with your dick over the arc, you’re stressing the septum of the tunica. If you think about it as just placing some kind of arc under your shaft and hanging weight over it, you find you can use any circular object. Shaving cream canisters, beer bottles, pvc pipes.. you really just need a firm arc. The RSDT is easiest, I think, because it doesn’t shift positions during the set and the arc is compartively large and targets the whole shaft.

Cheers man, that’s helped loads. I’m gonna make it now and start hanging using it tomorrow! :)

Well said, thanks for your input ModestoMan. I too have been toying with this idea and looking forward to getting it started but I suspect that will only be in a couple more weeks. I am going to continue with BTC and will switch up to this method then.

This technique doesn’t really work well with a vacuum hanger because you don’t really get the pivot effect. You can still use the rice sock or some other fulcrum to intensify the stress on the dorsal side. Also, you need to be careful when using a vac hanger not to use mechanical arrangements that multiply the force, or you could end up with a blistered dick.

Maybe ill wait until I get a bib then one day. Probably stick to SO and BTC for now then.

yea i always wondered if the fulcrum I made was right, and how I was using it. I took a sock filled it with rice, then used the fulcrum to keep my balls back and as far away from the hanger as possible, I would sometimes have to hold the fulcrum with my hands in place.

that sound right? how do you guys use it? hard to explain I know

Modesto, what do you mean by the pivot effect? Do you mean having the hanger/head of dick parallel to the shaft near the base so you have two bends (mirrored pair) rather than one as maybe would be more likely with vacuum hanger? I’m not sure because I only have a vacuum hanger so it’s hards to know what you mean by the “skids” serving as pivot.

I have one question. I recently incurred a constant soreness on the sides and near the glans of my penis.

I have been hanging in fulcrum position using a PVC pipe, where I put the pipe across my thighs while sitting in a chair. Then I just pull my unit over the pipe with weights hanging on the other side. I am only using 2 golf weights (less than 1 lb). I do this position for 20 minutes and vary the bending point every 5-6 minutes (close to base, mid-point and upper point). Twice a day.

I am trying to figure what caused this soreness.

Will this position cut off circulation to my upper shaft, hence the pain surrounding the area? I am only using less than 1 lb force, so I can’t figure out why my unit is so sore after 3 days of hanging.

Any ideas?

PS: I use vachanging

I would not recommend you to go straight into fulcrum hanging as PE beginner. start with btc and increase the weight to the point when you reach fatigue in the first or second set. fulcrum at your state is not advisable.
