Gaining Without Weight Increase

I’m currently at 10lbs, hanging about 1 1/2- 2 hours 5 days a week. I don’t have the free time on the weekends, so I do some light stretching but not much. Today is the 3rd week at 10lbs and I was considering going up to 12 but then I started thinking if you can gain without increasing the weight.

A few ways to gain without increasing weight:

1) increase the total hang time per day
2) use fulcrums to focus stress on a single area at a time
3) change hanging angle
4) supplement your routine with a 2nd technique (e.g. manual exercises, ADS)

I’d also say that (for most people) the rate of gains declines over time. You might gain 1/4” in the first month, but after a year or so, you might see that decline to (perhaps) 1/8” in 2-3 months.
