When to increase weight
Hi all, I’m just finished week 2 using the Bibstarter. The first week I did 3 sets of 2.5 lbs at 15 mins ea, and week 2 consisted of 3 sets of 2.5 lbs @ 20 mins ea. I’m starting my third week with 4 sets of 2.5 lbs @ 20 mins ea.
My plan is to in increase the number of sets by +1 each week until I reach 6 sets in one day. Only then I’ll start increasing my weight by 5.-1 lbs each week.
Its pretty interesting, I checked my log and I noticed that I went from 5.2 BPEL to 5.6 in just the two weeks I’ve been hanging. However, I don’t want to definitely confirm that PE works for me with just .4 inches, so maybe I’ll become a true believer when I hit 6 in BPEL.
Anyways, if any fellow hangers are reading this, I would love to hear your feedback about my current planned routine. Sometimes I want to just go crazy and do a super heavy weight for hours, but I also want to be careful and take it slow to max my gains.
Well, expect to hear from me again, because I’ve officially accepted PE as a part of my life and daily routine now :)
