Gains progress record
Did any of you record your progress hanging? Please post a link if you have a progress thread.
Otherwise if possible, please could you give a time line for your gains, maybe in the form of a list of dates with noticeable size increases and including weight/hanging time for that period:
For example:
11/2010: 1.5KG -3KG, 1x 1 hour, gains = 4mm BPEL
12/2010: 3KG - 5KG, 2x 45min sessions, gains = 5mm BPEL
1/2011: etc. etc.
I am slowly building up the weight by adding 100-200 grams each day I hang. I’ve only hung for around 10 hours in total (1 hour each day) and so far I’m up to 1.5Kg (3.3lbs) I am finally starting to feel some tension in my ligaments, I’m just curious to see how long it will take to see any gains.
