Hey guys I’m toying with the idea of hanging once I reclaim my lost gains from my break as I am happy with my girth.

I have around 6-9 months before I go to the services and obviously for the first few months hanging is going to be out of the question.

Could it be productive to say hang for 6 months, take a decon then start back up manual? Or a are manual stretches (not inc. A’s/V’s) never the same after hanging?

It’s a flip up between hanging, penismaster or golf weights all day at the moment. The unregulated nature of manual stretches (not jelqs, I love jelqing) is bugging me lol.

I think it depends where you are in your PE career. I focused on hanging after manual stretches had stopped producing. I had to hang to get results. Eventually, even progress from hanging became difficult and was piddling out. Going back to a manual routine may have been good for maintenance, but I wouldn’t have gained.

OK thanks Hobby. I am still a relative newb with about 5 months of PE under my belt so to speak lol. I must stress however that this is not concurrent, and I believe my dick to be relativley unconditioned.

Thing is that I’m a big believer in new stimulus producing growth (I remember the first week I did JAI stretches I gained an insane amount) I don’t want to get to the point where hanging is going to give me less efficent gains.

There are so many options in PE. Pumping, hanging, manuals, traction, ADS etc. It’s one of the things that makes PE great but when your essentially battling against the conditioning aspect then it becomes more frustating! As you can tell I’m easily bored!

At the moment manuals and jelqing are slowly but surely bringing my lost gains back (was just under 7” NBP when stopped).

Hobby, what kick started your growth?

Nobody does, but at some point we all stop gaining from any PE method.

Starting PE. Seriously. I did a very minimal and fairly inconsistent manual routine in the early months and gained well. Then progress stopped. Of the techniques I later tried, hanging produced the best for me. I couldn’t find a comfortable ADS system, though the idea is appealing.

Do we really eventually quit gaining? I had always been under the impression you could infinitely expand the tissues with enough work. I’ve gained a solid 1.5 inches of length was hoping for another 2.

Of course there are limits. 1.5” in length is a good gain. Some of us have that much potential. Others don’t no matter how hard they try or what techniques they use.

Good luck finding poeple with credible length gains much beyond the 2” mark. If they exist, they are extremely rare.

Ouch, kind of heart shattering.I was only just beginning to feel normal.
