I just started to use golf weights last week.I have 5 weights on now and have had them on for 45 mins.I will wear them for 1 1/2 hours take them off and put them back on after a hour.I have 5 weights 1” of wrap and a cable clamp behind the head.I wear the weights 6 hours a day and it is working.I have gained 1/2” in 8 days.Ordered 5 more weights so I can add a weight as I gain.I have to lube the weights so they will hang on the clamp and not on my shaft.
