Golf weights

I just started to use golf weights last week.I have 5 weights on now and have had them on for 45 mins.I will wear them for 1 1/2 hours take them off and put them back on after a hour.I have 5 weights 1” of wrap and a cable clamp behind the head.I wear the weights 6 hours a day and it is working.I have gained 1/2” in 8 days.Ordered 5 more weights so I can add a weight as I gain.I have to lube the weights so they will hang on the clamp and not on my shaft.

Half an inch in eight days? Congratulations!

Is that gain in flaccid or erect? Either way, congrats!

1/2” after erect,amost 3/4 ” flaccid.

I’m guessing you use the small cable clamp right? Unless you have a monster flaccid.

I have PE weights as well, do you have a picture or instructions for your wrapping method? when you say you have 5 weights are those the

smaller 7 oz or the larger 11 oz?

I’m mystified how you can get 5 to stay on all day.. mine always slide off because I move around a lot.

Where are you attaching the cable clamp? Like.. how far back from the head?

Do you have to take it on and off throughout the day to restore circulation?

Do a wrap so the weights can’t slide past your head.

The wrap is right behind the head.I take the clamp off to pee and put it right on.The weights I got were 11 oz.I use a piece of towel cut 1 1/4” wide and make 5 warps around the shaft.They stay on really well.I even run with my grand son with them on.Gained a full inch now.I still do the starter newie PE.It has work really well for me.I have not been able to use the gain yet.I just got my wife out of the hospital yesterday,she had breast cancer,but it is all good now.She will get the tube out on tuesday.I reall love this site.I wish I would had found it years ago.Thanks guys and the Lady.

Sorry how it sounds to you,but it is the truth.Dont know how to post pictures and the pictures I take or with my phone,so they are not the best.If you would like a picture with the weights on I would post that.

1/2” in 8 days? Length or girth? I have PE weights which weight about 11oz and when I try to wear more than 3 it gets very uncomfortable after a short period of time (max 45 minutes). I have tried up to 5 weights and there is no way you can wrap to hold them on correctly. Blood flow is cut off in a short period of time.

Without any photo proof of your gains, nobody will believe you. I find it very hard to believe as I have been using the weights for over 3 years.

I was wondering if anyone has gained strictly using golf weights as an ADS
