Goal 7.5 x 6.5

Start 4/22 6 x 5.25 BG

Current 11/22 6 x 5.5 BG 4-7/8" MG

It’s not really clamping, but sometimes I’ll wear a cock right after and edge for awhile. My girth while doing it is a descent amount larger than normal.

I do the opposite, I do like 50 jelqs, after that clamp for like 10 mins and then hang for like an hour.

Does the tissue after clamping make hanging harder to achieve since more bloodflow?

Haven’t really felt it inhibit anyhting honestly. I hang 4kgs(8 or 9 lbs) with a vac hanger while gradually increasing weight every 15 mins, starting with 1 kg and applying heat to the two middle sets.

This is more something new I’ve been trying out, as I think having some blood already in the penis(from some research done on here) might help the lengthening process, since that is what im focused on and I’m trying to find things that may make the process more efficient.

My though process is pre-expanding the penis with a short jelq and clamp session may help in it’s lenghthening process; Kind of like trying to redirect the temporary expansion created on the width of the penis during the jelq and clamp session, towards the lengthening process.

Even with the limited amount of time I’ve been doing this, I have experienced improved EQ.
This is not a proven method and it’s more just a gut feeling that I’m trying out.

My bib starter is on the way but xeno has a slight modification I may try. Im not a fan of my afb keeping the head engorged sometimes. Xeno has a modification similar to my afb but keeps the CS from trapping bloodflow.

Hey guys, just to join the discussion a bit.

I would like to ask, which is the best hanger in your opinion ? Cause I would like to know which hanger supports hanging 4-10 kg without any problems? I use currently penimaster’s cap and belt for hanging, but when I put 3.5 kg or more it just falls of and it is uncomfortable to wear a lot, it has a strong grip on the head only. It can support up to 2.5 kg without problems.

Malehanger or Bib. I use MH.

Hanging and clamping are my main methods because they are the two methods that have yielded the best results. I usually clamp a set in the a.m and sometimes another before bed and hang whenever I have time for a single 90-120 minute set.

This has given me all of my gains.

One more question.

I am looking to buy Bib hanger, I am 6.7 inches erect state and 5.3/5.5 inches girth(depending on level of arousal). Is that enough to hang normally from that hanger ? Cause I went to the official site and there it says at least 6 in length and 5 in girth and when I proceed to the ordering, then it is changed to 5.5 in girth. I am just scared that it doesn’t start falling off.

I would suggest you check out a MH. Minimum is 5 inches.

I biught a bib starter. Nice molded interiir grips etc., but its just to bulky for my anatomy. Plus the brass hinge is suoer sharp and personally a bad design. Ill keep it though as its a real poece of history.

I vac hang for about an hour, and if time permits, clamp a few sets, then extend for 9 hours. If I can’t clamp after hanging (usually the case), after hanging I go right to extending, and then clamp before sleeping.

So hang and clamp.


12/31/17 BPEL= 6.25 MEG = 5.00 , 08/24/22 BPEL= 6.875 MEG = 5.125, 01/16/23 BPEL= 7.0 MEG = 5.25, 01/08/24 BPEL= 7.125 MEG = 5.25

06/12/24 BPEL= 7.25 Meg = 5.50 <---- Goals Reached

Next Goal ---> BPEL = 7.5 Meg = 5.75
