Okay I just read this off some post about Bib but is it true that he hung 5-6 hours a day? I am just curious if this is because Bib the patron diety of hanging and has some sort of super powers? It just seems like everyone hangs for about an hour sometimes two. I am just wondering how you work up to that?

Working off the Hanging 101 post, and being in the second month at 7 lbs I get fatigue sometimes at 40 minutes and definately at an hour. So my question is does your penis get used to hanging and have the capacity to work with more weight and longer time or am I missing an obvious point.

Any help would be appreciated or if someone has a photo of Bib in a blue suit and a red cape flying above then I can get an answer one way or another.

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

I would say the answer is changing angles. Fatigue at one angle does not mean fatigue at all. Try over the leg or OTS if you’ve hit lig fatigue.

Actually just try everything and see what feels good for you.

Well, you answered your own question, you work up to it. I don’t know where the 5-6 hours came from. I hung from 7:30am to 4:30 pm, max 20 minute sets (usually) with ten minute breaks. Maybe a short unwrap and jelq session about midday. Then sometimes a set or two after everyone had gone to bed.

Sadly, your penis will have a great capacity to work with more weight and longer time. It will get stronger the longer your PE career, unless you take an extended break. Further, this strength will be a detriment to gains, so enjoy the easy fatigue now.

Also, I did not hang my constant max weight during all the sets. As I fatigued during the day, I would lower the weight to where I was comfortable. Often, I would lower the weight during a set. Nothing wrong with that at all. In fact, you need to. When I reached about one half my max weight at my primary target angle, I would change angles.
