Hanger settings

I am having some troubles adjusting the Bib hanger (thanks memento) for comfortable hanging.

For everyone using a bib hanger (not starter). If you think you have proper hanger settings and are feeling comfortable while hanging please write down this info:

1) wrapped girth

2) distance between the 2 bottom hex nut sets

3) distance between the two top washer seats.

3 days with no reply? I thought there were a lot of people here which have a Bib.
