Hanging 10 minutes per day
Is hanging 10 minutes per day even worth the effort?
I started up the newbie routine awhile back(been out of the PE world for nearly 20 years now). I got myself a zen hanger to help with manual stretching. It definitely helps with hitting my ligs better. I have VERY tight ligs and never tried hanging. I know noose hangers are frowned upon here and have serious weight limits. I tried 2.5lbs and realized immediately I could handle more. I moved up to 5lbs and I’m starting to feel some lig fatigue. I may add another 1.25 lb. I am wary of upping the weight too much with the noose hanger. Been doing SD and some BTC.
The real question is, will 1 10m set daily make gains or am I wasting my time? I usually jelq afterward to restore bloodflow. I am hesitant to go past 10m a session with a noose hanger and don’t have a ton of extra time to sneak away and do multiple sets per day.
