I am on week three now.

I am supposed to from 5 min stretching/10 min jelqing to 10 min stretching/30 min jelqing according to the newbie routine thread.

Well I don’t want to get too impatient and ramp up the intensity so my penis gets too conditioned and toughened to respond to anything but the super intense stuff. “Less is more”.

How quickly should I increase it?


February 1: NPBEL: 5.25" Eg: 4.25"

It largely depends on your body’s response to the routine. But you should be able to do the full routine by the end of 2 months, leaving a month for consolidation say. So try working to that schedule.

Only you can judge if it is too much though, But providing your penis is responding OK Keep moving upwards.

I started last week trying a very light newb routine and to be honest it didnt feel enough..

4 30 sec stretch

20 jelqs

12 3 second stretchs

That didnt really feel as I was doing enough didnt notice any difference at all, so I increased the jelqs to around 80-100
Resulting in
Far more erections in day
Fuller feel in penis all day
Harder erections
From that day on was almost instant

Best to start slow then work your way up till you start seeing positive signs (there’s a post somewhere with them) search positive PI
