Ok, I’m just starting to hang, did one set today. My question is should I continue to do my jelq and PJ routine after I do my hanging? I’m not concerned with girth right now, I really just wanna work on length. So is hanging all I need to do right now?

Hi Sparrow,

Ok, now that you have started to hang, you should still keep up on your Jelqing and stretching. This is for the cirrulation back into your penis and helps condition your ligs.
