Hanging and Girth Gains
I’ve been hanging something like a month now, I was starting to worry that doing so was going to harm my girth gains I was trying to make. I was noticing how after hanging my girth would drop back to normal.
Today however, I measured before any PE (normal), then after PE (jelqing and clamping) +1/4”, then hours later I hung before bed, and still had +1/8” girth afterwards. This felt good and I’m no longer worried that hanging will harm girth gains. I think I can do both at the same time.
I really think that I’ve been over-training a bit, and now that I’ve toned things down I’m noticing the post PE pump lasting longer, and I think I should start making some headway again. Gotta keep the credo ~ Less is More! - and stop trying to be too hardcore.
Anyone else have thoughts on the subject?
