Trying to hang for the first time as I type this.

I am using 5.5lbs and I feel nothing?

It does not feel heavy at all? Is this bad?

Yeah, I left it for a few days and it went away. Must have just overstretched that section. No pain anymore.

It would still be a good idea to take a week or 2 off from any intense PE, and to be very aware of how it feels while you are doing more gentle PE. I guess straight to hanging is a steady increase. Or a good way to build scar tissue. :smack:

Well I left it for a couple days and it went away and I haven’t gone intense at all with my routines, 10 mins stretching (5mins SO, SD, SU/5mins SO with V-stretches with the fingers pressing under the bottom of the shaft) and 5 mins dry jelqing. Its been 2 weeks since then doing that. Almost 5 months into PE without any length so thought I might be okay to try some hanging but not too much.

I think i’ve seen a thread by Zelktoid I think who said he started off with hanging and hung all day at work and gained quite significantly, but I still dont want to rush into it and over do it.

Today I did 15min x 2 sets with 5.5lbs. 1st set SD and 2nd set BTC. It didnt seem to cause any discomfort, except it felt more intense doing BTC and may have felt as if my skin at the base was stretching a little bit and also the ligs. Was thinking of doing some light hanging and then after a few hours later in the day doing stretches as I mainly want to focus length.

I started at 5lbs but felt it too light .. I’m at 10lbs on my 3rd hang session and I feel this to be a good start.

I am seeing a bit of redness and puffy veins though wondering if its normal?

I’m using 3 cable clamps glued together with silicone (masturbation) sleeves glued to the insides and another on the shaft for double sleeve comfort, 10lb kettle ball and some shoe lace.

My rig is pretty trick for under $30 bucks and it beats the mouse trap and the string I was first thinking of using lol!

I did order a vac traction device (don’t wanna advertise the brand) I’m hoping I can hang heavy for an hour a day and then wear the traction for a few hours a day every day until I can make my fiancee pay with her cervix for making me feel inferior!

Are gains tied in any way to a percentage of your total natural length? That is to ask: do people with larger members see larger gains? I know it all varies heavily just want some thoughts on the matter

Id say they would, unless the tissues are already stretched. Because when you think about it all the stretching does not happen in 1 section, it happens along the whole length with each mm (or each cell or fibre) expanding a relative % and all together totaling an overall % stretch and % gain. But like you said, not all peni are the same, some will gain alot others will gain nothing except a bad EQ
