Hanging gains

Has everyone’s hanging gains been posted? If not please do post your gains and how much weight you used. Thanks

I have gained over an inch by hanging. Most guys agree that total time hanging rather than weight used is the main determinant of gains (along with your genes).

I gained about 1.25 from hanging and I was up to an average of 15-20 pounds for about 2 hours a day. I’m not hanging right now due to time.

Dino what was your starting lot before hanging?

What would probably give you more gains?

More sets less time 6 x 15
Less sets more time 3 x 20

My guess is that the 6 x 15 routine would benefit you more. It’s 50% more time total. It’s also less risky with respect to circulation.

When I started hanging no one was talking about lot when lot became the rage I was at 8 after I took the summer off my lot was higher. I did 20 minute sets I used to have a freeware alarm clock program that would keep track of my sets because a couple of times I would lose track of time and have a very cold dick. With hanging the more the better but always get the blood flowing between sets.
