Hanging ligs or tunica?

I’m not convinced that lengthening the ligs gives you a longer penis. I think it just gives you a lower penis.

Why do exercises that attack your susp. lig. and thus lower your erection angle, when other exercises will grow your penis just as well? It’s not an either/or proposition.

I didn’t say you need an upward curve to hit the G-spot; it certainly helps but it’s not required. A high erection angle can help you hit it. Consider missionary position. If you have a high erection angle you can orient your torso more vertically and exert a strong lifting force on the front inside surface of the vagina.

None of this is absolute. It’s not like a guy with a 6:00 erection angle and a downward curve can’t hit the G-spot. All he needs to do is turn his partner over. Every anatomical arrangement has its pros and cons. It’s just that I liked my higher erection angle and found that it came in handy during sex—especially face-to-face.

You’re right about BTC: It tends to lower your erection angle but generally does not affect the shape of the tunica.

When you hang SO do you stretch the ligs anything at all? What I have heard, you can get gains, from both stretching the ligs and the tunica? In that chase you should combine the two for best gains? What do you think give best gains?:
1 year only SO hanging?
1 year only down hanging?
or one year both?

Im a bit worried I will miss some growth if I do not do downward hanging also..

Hey all. I didn’t really liked to stretch my ligs while hanging. Somehow I felt that it would affect my erection angle. So here is what I did. I hang with my normal homemade hanger which hangs straight down. In order to give it the SO hanging effect I simply bend to my front. When I do that I ease a Lotta tension on the ligs but I feel increased tension on my tunica. Of course you would wanna do it only if you don’t wanna use the pulley system.

Quick explanation of what I mean. When I hang down , The angle between by belly and my dick is in straight line I.e 180 degrees. When I bend forward the angle between my belly and dick is reduced to 90 degrees thereby taking strain off the ligs and putting more on the tunica.

If the LOT theory is true, it depends on your personal LOT if the ligs are stretched by so hanging.
If your LOT is high,lets say 10 o clock, you are hitting the ligs in a so hanging position.
If your LOT is 8 o clock and you are hanging straight out your tunica is stretched.

I can not judge which will give you the best gains, again if you believe in the LOT theory, your personal LOT will tell you which position will give you hopefully the best and the fastest gains.

My Lot is 8 or 9.. hard to tell sometimes. What would be the best hanger angle for me?

In my experience, SD is the easiest angle to use when learning how to hang. No matter what your LOT is, that is where I’d start. Stick with it until you have all the wrapping and attachment issues worked out and gains have stalled or substantially slowed. Then, depending on your goals and lig potential, I’d switch to either SO or BTC as your primary angle.

Here’s some info on why I think SO is superior to OTS for upper angle/tunica work.

What I think is, whatever feels right for you. I’ve been doing stretches with the autoEXT and I just stretch what ever feels like is pulling best. If you stick with one area, then you’ll make gains. But would those gains be as good as if you did what feels right? Who knows. Right now I’m hitting the upper stretches with the AutoEXT, because I can’t feel nothing lower anymore (I’ve gained .75 bpl in the past 3 months) compared to outward and upper stretches. We’ll see how it goes.

Will SO and OTS hanging lower your erection level and have both types of hanging an influence on the shape of the penis (how the penis is curved)?
