Hanging - maintenance question
This is a question for seasoned or retired hangers. I’ve been hanging for 4 months (not literally!) BTC. From what I’ve read I gather that this targets the ligaments predominantly. My question is this:
Say I gain 1” in length from stretching my ligs, what routine would I need to perform to maintain my gains, if any?
