I’m not sure how to use that to measure the tension of an extender or ADS. I’m looking for something to measure the PeniMaster (both belt and extender).

To check an ads you need a scale with hooks/attachment points on two sides. Google “fish scale”.

I knew you were gonna say that haha. The PeniMaster only has markings till 1250g so if I wanna increase it further there is no way to tell the tension. I’m looking to increase it upto 3 kg.

5.5 squared used an ADS for a certain period and it seemed to be beneficial. I’ve been wondering all of this to, the old ways claimed if you heal in an elongated state your results would be better. I have an ADS I would like to use because it would just keep me focused on the routine but I also don’t want to over do it. For a while I thought about using a sg extender during the day just to prevent any turtling after hang sessions when the ADS didn’t seem convenient since you have to tape your junk with it

I use some light weights for ADS. I use this as an accessory to my routine, but focus mostly on the routine. Warming up, to prevent injuries. Afterwards to stay, not only extended, but motivated. I have not hit hard plateaus, not saying it is the ADS, but I am a big fan. I would say ADS changed me to a show-er.

I also use them to stay consistent when my schedule goes crazy. I can and do use them anywhere and would rather do a light day than have a missed day.
