Hanging + Manual vs Hanging + ADS vs ADS + Manual

So I’d like to get some input on which combination would be best for hanging. It seems like most hangers get massive gains when they pair hanging with an ADS so the penis can heal in an extended state but I was wondering if doing a manual routine every hour would do the same thing with a morning and afternoon hanging session thrown in there.

Any input or personal experience with combining multiple PE strategies to create synergy?

I was considering adding ADS to my hanging but then read up that there is no data to support the claims that it added to the gains. Bib never used an ADS. He also hanged from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM so maybe he didn’t need to use an ADS. ADS does not create enough tension to deform the collagenous , elastin and muscle fiber in your junk. But have at it if you feel it will work.

I have seen people gain an inch and more just by using an ADS at max tension for almost the entire day.

I also know a person who used a device called Wrecking Ball (WB), which works like a hanger but is as comfortable as an ADS, and he gained about 1.5” in 3 months using it everyday for the entire day.

That being said, I’m doing hanging and manuals and I’ve gained 0.4” in 40 days.

Here is the good news, as a newbie you will gain with just about any method if you put in the work. I think that the first inch you can attribute to the newbie stage. So if you are new at this enjoy. Here is the bad news, those gains slow down and it takes Avery dedicated person to find the best way to deform the penis fibers.

I kinda disagree a little. I have seen a few people gain 2” in a year or a year and a half. And that guy who gained 1.5” in 3 months did so AFTER his newbie gains were over. I think what people don’t realise is that you have to keep increasing the intensity and duration of your routine when you stop seeing gains from the previous one similar to how body builders increase their workout intensities as they progress. I will do the same and hopefully my gains will continue as well. As a last resort, I plan to take a decon break if I do hit a plateau.

I agree with you that only dedicated people continue to gain after their newbie 1st inch.

I’ve just incorporated an Vac. ADS (leg wrap version) into my routine. I can use it for hanging as well, but I’m not ready to venture into that yet.

It appears to stretch and apply strain to the fibers as much as I would imagine weight would. I guess it depends on how much tension you apply. I’m on a week break now but I plan to continue with this protocol.

I currently do the newbie routine and pump during my nightly workouts, and wear the ADS throughout the day. My most immediate results have been .25” increase in BPFL and .25” increase in MSFG.

What tension do you keep for your ADS? How much time did it take you to get this 0.25” gain?

Curious of this information also. I think the elongated healing theory seems plausible but going to test it out

The .25” gain in BPFL and girth was within first two weeks. However, my BPFSL decreased by .25”. I posted on another thread here that I know that it isn’t permanent right now, and that it definitely hasn’t translated to erect measurements, so I’m just brainstorming and reading on what the effects could mean.

I don’t have a way to measure the tension yet. I purchased a small luggage scale based on a post that I read here where you can attach it to the end of the vacuum and measure the weight. I don’t know if that will work or the significance of the reading yet.

I honestly have no idea what’s going on yet. But those are my measurements and they have been holding thus far. I’ll keep tracking.
