Hanging question vets read lease
I have been hanging very consistently for about a month now. And i can’t seem to go up in weight any. I don’t understand how you guys freaking hang 15-20 pounds. For me just having a milk jug full half way i feel the ligaments just above my penis getting pulled so hard. And i refuse to go to where i feel i could hurt myself. But i do push the limits and stretch them as much as i can. So am i going to gain at a low weight if i really feel a ligament stretch? Or do i need to get up to 15-20 pounds to get real gains? I read that in a thread somewhere. All answers, Suggestions appreciated. thanks
