Hanging Techniques Question

Hi,

I am new to haging. I am currently hanging straight down and I have been doing that for a month. I would like to know more techniques. I have gone through the whole forum and could not find any threads on BTC, SO, SU and so on. Is there pictures or instructions that explain how to use these techniques.
