Hanging question

I have been hanging for a few months now and have been wondering if it would be better to hanging a different way every day instead of hanging the same way every time?

You can either target your ligs and the outerpart of your tunica by hanging SD or BTC or your entire tunica by hanging SO. If you’ve been working on one of them you might give the other a try for a while.

Yes you can. What I do is hang BTC, SO and OTL. After a day or two break it takes me about 3 or 4 days to hit fatigue again but because of the way I hang I am in fatigue in all the directions I hang. Once I get to fatigue I drop weights to something that is comfortable and keep on hanging. I also vary the weights each day depending upon how my body reacts.
For example, one day all I can hang is 10pounds when hanging BTC. The next day I start at 10 pounds and find I can handle 15 pounds quite easily on my second set, day after that all I can hang is 12.5 pounds and so on.

My usual day of hanging is 2 sets btc, 2 sets so and 2 sets otl. Some days I hang 9 or 10 sets. Each set is 20 minutes long.

Wow, you spend so much time in a day for hanging only? How’s your progress so far?

05/Feb/2007: BPEL 6.3", NBPEL 5.7", EG 4.9"

My base girth is increasing and flaccid hang is increasing. I’ve been at PE for Years so any gains I get are in the milimeters now. I figure a couple of years hanging should get me the extra 1/2” I need to meet my goal of 8”. Currently my average shaft girth is 6 /14”. Base girth is 7” midshaft is 6”. My BPEL is a solid 7 1/2”.
I started pumping about a month ago and that really helps the girth. When I pump up my length inside the tube is 7 1/2”. When I cum I figure I increase about 1/4” to 1/2” in length.
