Yes, we know. You’ve mentioned this before. It’s getting a bit boring. Try posting a review thread, detailing what you went through and how crap the Bib hanger is, then all your thoughts will be laid out for anyone to agree or disagree with. Pictures are good. People like reading threads with pictures.
A vac hanger is great until you hit higher weights, then it’s useless.

If you are still having problems. The wrap is the foundational thing with pressure based hanging. Try this method.
Start with your penis thoroughly warmed. Make sure you penis is not a minimal levels, a little bit of blood is good. Post erection, after a little light jelqing maybe. Roll your foreskin back. Use a soft elastic material, like t-shirt cotton in several 3cmX15-20cm strips.
Wrap tightly, keeping the foreskin well pulled back until you have enough that it feels solid and not easily bendable. That might take 5 strips. Wrap over the glans and wrap back from the glans about 1.5x the depth of your hanger. Tape the end of each strip and the wrap over it with the next piece.
You should be able to pull down on this wrap and not feel it slipping forward.
Wrap over that with similar sized strips of theraband start 1cm behind the glans and go back up the shaft. Don’t wrap the glans with this but make sure you’ve trapped the underlying wrap well. You might need 2-3 strips.
Attach the hanger, push all the blood out of the glans before tightening it. Hopefully there won’t be much because you’ve wrapped over them. Try pulling on the hanger with your hands. If it feels secure add the weight. If it doesn’t detach it and apply it again. After 20 minutes, detach the hanger, unwrap, do a little light jelqing and pause 5-10 minutes before the next set.
Look a lil1’s wrapping video to see the basics of this, though I’ve modified his technique slightly.
As bhcentral says, once you have a system that works for you, it’ll be easy and you’ll get to a stage where it’s automatic.
