Heat after hanging?

Does everybody heat after they hang, or not because of the whole cooling under lengthened conditions thing?

I never applied heat during the last half of my hanging sessions, and surely not after.

Thanks Bib. Another question I have is do you or others take their wraps off between sets to restore circulation, or do you leave it on?

I know this was directed at Bib, but I have a feeling he would say something along the lines of this:

In between your sets you should be able to leave the wrap on, and simply jelq the shaft that is unwrapped at the time. Also you can always do a little BTB jelqing (do a search if unsure) as this will force some fresh blood to circulate.

If you have the time, then perhaps you would prefer to unwrap after each set, however I can imagine this would get tiresome.

You can also slap your wrapped unit against your leg a few times to induce better circulation.

ICM expressed my opinion exactly. The slapping against the leg is really good. That is something that has not been mentioned in a long time.
