The heat pad I bought from Amazon was actually a heated eye pad. I just wrap it loosely around my unit then secure it with a paper clip where the edges meet when hanging SO. Recently I do both BTC and some SO. I’m thinking wrapping the shaft with heat pad during SO will facilitate tissue elongation along the tunica better. I can’t wrap the heat pad on the shaft during BTC. For BTC, the heat pad sits on the fat pad just above the balls.
