Diabetes. Low blood sugar. High insulin.
Hypoglycemia. Thyroid low.
Working on to fix it.
Looks like a long way.

I’m going to go off thread a bit here so pardon me. These conditions you’re relating are symptoms not diseases. Unless there is a genetic reason(very unlikely) there is one reason and 1 reason only why you have them and that reason is metabolic dysfunction. The conditions you’ve listed can be treated with various drugs but until the underlying CAUSE is treated, you will be taking more & more drugs the rest of your life. Eventually they will kill you as prescription drugs now kill millions of Americans every year.

I’m not going to get into the weeds here other than to say Big Pharma wants customers and a cured patient isn’t a customer. If you are eating any processed foods, you’re killing yourself. Period. If you think that the bullshit that Big Medicine has spewed about the Chinese flu scamdemic has been bad, the utter disregard of the critical role proper nutrition plays in a healthy life choice will make you sick.

All I can do is point you in the right information direction and I suggest you start with Robert Lusting’s book Metabolical. Metabolic dysfunction can not be made right with drugs, it’s not druggable but it is foodable.

Very slow growth. Many fails, injuries, gaps.

I’ve found this thread very interesting. I’ve been hanging for close to 3 months now. In the first 3 weeks, I believe I gained 1/4” or just shy of that figure. Since then, I don’t believe I’ve gained anything, despite being religiously consistent with my routine and upping the weight.

I definitely made some of the mistakes outlined in this discussion. I haven’t gone overly heavy, starting at about 2.5lbs and increasing at small increments so that I have just reached 7.7lbs. But that is still faster progression than some here have recommended. More to the point is my low quantity. I started at 4x20 minute sets and basically remained at this volume (there were some weeks where I did 5x20 mins).

Additionally, I haven’t been using heat (though I am still not convinced that any heat other than ultrasound makes much difference, it will only raise the penis temperature by about 2 degrees and this is seemingly the temperature of the skin rather than the temperature of the internal structures). For about 3 weeks now, I have been using ultrasound (singular US Pro 2000) but this hasn’t yet brought tangible gains.

After reading this, I am considering taking a 3 month decondition, then returning with a higher volume routine. Perhaps lighter weight for 7 sets, accompanied by a good few hours of extender use.
