how do I minimize stretching skin with BTC hanging

I just use really light weight when hanging while seated.

I find if I use a heavier weight while standing for a few minutes then sit, the effect is magnified, so be careful “pre-stressing” your dick.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Up to you. But losing hanging time for skin ouchies is something I wouldn’t do. :) Drop your weight to remain somewhat comfortable, but try to keep hanging if you can.

I been using vaseline last couple of hanging sessions and have not had anymore issues so far. Thanks for the good advice everyone.

Is it actually tearing or just stretch marks? I am getting some stretch marks on top of my dick from fulcrum hanging but was using cocoa butter in the hope it would help it heal, should I use vasaline instead?

I am pretty sure you can’t heal stretch marks completely. They are tears in the deepest layers of your skin and will heal as scar tissue. I have some. As for the tear, continue hanging but try sd instead of btc. Less skin stretch that way.

Its been a few weeks of hanging with the vaseline with no issues. The vaseline really gets the job done. I would recomend this for anyone with this problem.
