How much weights...

I’m a newbie in hanging, and I hang with 5,5, pounds. (2,5 kg.) How is this compared with others starting load? Should I go for more? I tried 10 pounds, but Thunder said THAT was to much… But is 5,5 enough?

You tell us Langemann! How does your unit feel after your hanging session?

Also, how many sets are you doing, and how long is each set?

My unit feels very good. Stressed, but not any kind of hurt or discomfort. I am doing 20x3 minutes. I’ve recently started, but my plan is to do a total of 50-60 hanging minutes every day. Well, at least every day I have the privacy to do it. Witch should be 5-6 days a week.

I think 2,5kg is good to begin with. Get to know your hanger and gradually increase the weight with 0,5kg a week till you find the weight that gives you a fatigue feeling.
