If you are new to hanging start slow.
After a proper warm-up of 10-15 minutes, three 10 minute sets on a one day on, two days off schedule is plenty at first. I would also recommend lighter weights at first (5 or 6 pounds) and at least five minute or so inbetween sets jelqing lightly. Do this in the morning and then wear a light ADS for the rest of day, and on the two off days.
Do a search on IPR protocol.
It is a good way to slowly begin to add weight and pace yourself, without injury.
There are many theories here, but the schedule you are proposing is pretty intense (even if you are using lower weight at first), even for experienced hangers. Daily hanging for a total of an hour and a half gives your dick no time recover. You risk injury and that could lead to backward results.
