1. Get a old cotton T-shirt and lay it flat.
2. Get 2 pieces of duct tape about 8” long. Overlap and lay them on the t-shirt.
3. Press down to make sure tape is on the shirt.
4. Cut to what ever size works best for you. That’s it.
This is the easiest wrap for me. I tried other wraps and they sucked.
Tips
I ironed my wrap on the cotton side. To make sure that the tape adhered to the shirt.
Use baby powder. It helps the skin from sticking to the wrap.
I stick my wrap in a Heating pad before and after every hanging session.
