I love hanging thanks for the results finally I'm normal

I want to thank everybody in the forum for the help, I’m finally normal after doing doing PE for a while without success,
I started doing hanging ADS in january with monkeybar sleeves and started hanging in the end of february, yesterday I measured and I’m 15cm - 5.9 inches boned pressed length and 12cm - 4.7-4.8 inches girth

I started at 4.7-4.8 inches length a few years ago did PE on and off since I didn’t feel or see too much results and I finally got up to 5.4-5.5 inches but I didnt like doing it

so I researched info on hanging and started off with hanging I can feel and see the results faster since late february to May 1st I have have gained about .5 inches (1.27cm)

I thought it would be impossible for me to be normal size a few years I even thought suicide some times because of my size

currently hanging 6lb 2 sets of 20minutes and ADS most of the day or at least 5 hours I try to upgrade to 1lb each week if my penis can’t handle it I stick to the same weight for another week

the only thing I have to work on is that I still turtle up a little bit still, I want to work on flaccid size and girth
any advise guys

That’s awesome. What are you hanging with, and what angles are you using? Have you talked with Bib about managing fatigue?

Now, I would warn you about increasing weight too fast. If you increase weight too fast, you might even slow down gains.

Increase slowly and keep using your ADS, which I believe is key in terms of gains.

Currently (September 2010): 8.5x5.75 (6.25 inch head girth)

I’m hanging with VacExtender but I guess I have to get a bib hanger soon since the vacExtender is only used for light hanging
I just stand up straight for 20 minutes and do a little bit of vertical swing for a little bit then I rest 5 - 10 minutes and I do the second
set for another 20 minutes I upgrade to 1lb each week if my penis cant handle it I stick with the same weight for that week

by the way guys any advise to increase my flaccid and girth size

flaccid length is affected by free testosterone levels, tissue fatigue, and other factors controlling blood flow to the penis.

Maybe a couple days break from hanging would reduce turtling, but i would keep going if you are getting erect gains.

If you want to increase free testosterone, try some of these supplements:

mucuna pruriens or l-tyrosine
nettle root

Those supplements are junk for testosterone, and there’s no established relationship between free testosterone and flaccid size. Google around the forums for info on routines people have found for flaccid size, keeping the penis in an engorged state seems to work for a lot of people.

Congratulations on some very outstanding gains.

I think you have hit a sweet spot for you in your PE efforts, you are gaining at the phenomenal rate (1/10th of an inch a month).

I have not had results like yours, but I would like to make a suggestion. Don’t change anything you are doing to include adding weight. As long as you are gaining leave everything alone and ride the gains until you slow/stop gaining.

On the flaccid gains. I think that will come with your other length gains. Give it a little time.

On girth, I would not worry about that until you get close to your length gains. By the way what is your starting and current girth?

Have you tried them? They seem to work well for me, and their is scientific research to support them.

How do you know there is no correlation between testosterone and flaccid size?

Congrats bro, I’ve experienced great gains hanging as well. In my opinion, it’s the best way to gain length (also the best way to gain flaccid length). Enjoy the new you, I know I do!

Congratulations for gaining! But you were always normal, and above average if anyone told you other-wise then they were on some good crack.
