Thanks a heap for that link to peforums on fatigye and angles. I’ve had the misfortune of using the incorrect technique for too long and have gained nothing. One of the other respondents had pointed out that I wasn’t hangong “while” fatigued. I’ve corrected that and can really feel the difference. All my hanging had been BTC with no other. I’ve recently discovered that the ligs stressed by OTL are extremeky tight and after a week ofOTL hanging seem to be responding favorably. This link gives the best discussion and clarification of specific issues. Thanks again.
