Is this safe
Since I still live at home and can’t order a hanger/ too lazy to make one, I decided to try this.
I take a sock, wrap my penis in it (so there is little skin irritation), and then take a spare ankle weight (1.5 pounds) I have, and just tighten it around and hang.
I don’t know if it’s safe or what, but I did it for an hour the last 2 days, and I gained almost .25 of an inch. I tried this only because I had plateaued in my regular stretch routine.
Can a pro help me out? I need to know if it’s safe.
