Just a thought....
I was reading JM123’s post "put a finger on the science of PE", the other day. And I thought I remembered him saying something about warm "AND" cool applications. Putting A Finger On The Science Of PE
I could be completely mistaken about this, but if it is true that there should also be a cool/cold application, wouldn’t it be good to apply that after a hanging session, AND in the extended state? Maybe he said this already, but I didn’t have the time to read the whole thing…and I couldn’t really grasp everything he was saying either. I’m no scientist, or knowledged in the area of physiology too much/or at all, but it seems to me that when you are stretching your ligs/tunica, there should be warm/heat application applied throughout or for part of it. Then after stretched, I would think that you would want your ligs/tunica to cool down in that extended state. Or would you just shrivel back up after taking off the extendor application?
