Just hung for the first time!
Hahaha…I love PE…I remember a couple years back, when I first started, I read about some people hanging weights from thier dicks and thought to myself “WTF??? I love my dick too much for that. I think I’ll just stick with manual pulling”. lol. How wrong I was.
Anyway, just hung 2.5 lbs with the Wench. Made me realize that when I had been manually pulling, I had to have been pulling with at least 10-15lbs of force because 2.5 lbs felt like nothing on my unit. But as I read in someone else’s post, I’m not gonna up the weight for a week because even though 2.5 lbs feels like nothing, the weight is exerting 2.5lbs of force on my unit OVER 20 MINUTES. Much mroe than my hand could ever do.
I didn’t use Theraband as a wrap, nor did I use toilet paper. lol. I got this stuff from my local Meijer called “Self-Grip, Self-Adhering Atheletic Tape/Bandage”. Anyone know of any problems with this from the past and can alert me early? I used it and it gave me no problems. Stuck to itself and all. Only problem I had was that I felt my head and it was starting to get cold after 12 minutes, so I decided to take the Wench of at the 15 min. mark instead of taking the risk of going for 20. Couldn’t check for discoloration because you can’t see discoloration on black units.
Overall, hanging is cool as hell. I could study, AND PE at the same time instead of having to take off time from studying to do manual stretches. That sucked. I only did 1 set but will work myself up to 3 sets after I buy this HeatWave™ pad that I will now post about in general.

p.s. In between sets, should one take off the wrap to warm up the area before the next set? Or is it ok to warm it up with the wrap on?
