Lateral or circular?

Which is better, lateral or circular pressure hangers?

Lateral pressure hangers are better.

Circular pressure hangers put some of their pressure on the nerves on top of your penis. Depending on the pressure it will hurt. After a (short) while the pain will disappear and your penis will be temporarily numb.

Is there a circular compression hanger commercially available? :confused:
