Lemon Drop Theory

Lemon Drop Theory

Guys I would like to share with you my theory. I am going to call this theory the “Lemon Drop Theory” and I believe you will find it most interesting. This theory is based on time and weight as opposed to angle of hang. It is really simple. I have noticed that every time I try hang more weight than my penis is ready I get tug back. In other words shrinkage. Since we are all sold on the idea that more weight is the path to quicker gains it is an easy trap to fall into on your PE journey.

So that got me thinking about ideal weight for growth would have to be heavy enough to induce growth but at the same time light enough to not make you shrink.
So here is my thinking. I noticed that if I can hang a weight that lets me stay flaccid in all my sets then I am at ideal weight. The minute my penis starts to fight the weight I tend to get semi-erect. This is my penis fighting the weight increase. This is a less than optimal situation for gains.
Think of it in the following way, imagine you over extended an elbow. This only can happen in a relaxed form. It would be very hard to do if you tensed up the arm.
So to wrap this up the key is ALWAYS to hang with the most weight that allows you to be fully flaccid and relaxed. The minute you get tug back or shrinking you need to reassess the weight you use since the penis fibers will tense and be less than optimal.

This leads me to theorize two things. You probably benefit the most from hanging TIME in FLACCID state. Any increase in weight must be small enough to not result in tug back/shrinking after the hang set. This can easily be measured by your BPFSL.

Just a theory but to me has merit.

I am open to any critique.

Your theory is formed almost to a scientific proportions on Kyrpa’s Characteristics of the tunica albuginea revisited thread, which can be found here - The characteristics of the tunica albuginea revisited

It turns out that, yes, you don’t need to add weights if you stay between 0,17 MPa and 0,50 MPa, at least that’s what I understand. Which, in my case in volumetric proportions, come right around the 3 lb mark.

Starting point - 15.5 centimeters BPFLS=BPEL, 12 cm. MSEG /// Goal: 20 cm BPFLS, 18 cm BPEL, 14 cm MSEG

Thanks for the heads up. I am. going to go read that link.

I don´t think 3 lb would do it for me based on my prior PE and conditioning. I find 15-17 LB is my sweet spot at this time on BTC. But I hear you on this.

Those stats are purely for the TA limiting factor. If your septum is rock hard and you need those weights, I would suggest you to look up Kyrpa, Stixman, Igigi and the other who are bone deep into ultrasound stretching.
