My goal is 22x17cm.
My routine changes from time to time. I do or have done almost all manual exercises and I clamped for 10 days. I never hanged or pumped. Try all manual exercises before you hang or pump, manual has many advantages.
Current routine (hits only length):
15x3min stretching (backward 3x, up 2x, down 2x, straight out 2x, left, right, upwards left, upwards right, downwards right, downwards left).
6x1 min inverted v stretch
4x3 min leg long stretches (left 2x, right 2x)
5x20 seconds amazing isometrics
Realise this is an advanced routine and don’t start it before you PE at least 3 months.
I stopped girth exercises back in October, never lost anything.
