My penis feels colder when hanging

I use a Vacuum Hanger 3 and currently only at 2 pounds. During my hanging set, my shaft feels colder. I use some heat from a space heater sometimes but now that it’s getting to summer, I will probably prefer the air conditioner. I was wondering if anyone else’s shaft gets colder while hanging and why this happens?

Yes, you may need a heat source. But more urgently, it might mean that you’re not getting circulation.
