New Concept
I have heard that lig pops are a step to the “next level” I believe this because I have had no gains up until I recieved my first lig pop.
It wasn’t at 10 or 20lb it was somewheres around the 40lb mark.
My new concept, which I would like others to help me test, is taking the most amount of weight you can handle, which for me is 55-60lb and lifting for 1-5 minutes at a time, and doin this 20 or more times…
I have seemed to gain an 1/8 of an inch, I have been at hanging for about 2 weeks, and nothing before this…if there is already some type of exercise like this please let me know, I wouldn’t want to take credit for somthing already claimed…
