newbie hanger question
this is a C&P from a pm I sent to bigger/bib and he asked me to post it. It is similar to my question below but just has more info describing me and a few more detailed questions.
If you don’t mind, may I pm you a couple hanging questions? I am very disciplined and restrained. I don’t want to be a pro bb, but I want to get very near that level and what I have learned from discipline in that type of training I will bring to PE. I don’t drink soda, smoke, do drugs, extremely small amounts of alcohol, so I think I probably would have the self-restraint for hanging. I have just started the manual stretching and don’t really know how hard to pull, I use quite a bit of force without trying to pull my dick off. I live alone and have a ton of time on my hands, soooooo……
basically, my wonder is if I go right to hanging, what then could be my ace in the hole when my first gains ever stop(that is if they come, which they better!!). More weight hanging? different positions? I really am tending to just start hanging now, why wait 2-3 months and maybe see no gains, when I am almost sure that if I hang right they will most likely come?? that is my dilemna…..
