No Getting Any Strain - What To Do?
I did my first hanging routine today
30 min - no heat - 1lb 2oz (0.5kg)
1hr - heat - 2lbs 3oz (1kg)
30 min - no heat - 2lb 12 oz (1.25kg)
But, I barely have any strain, like a 0.2 - 0.5cm difference in post BPFSL
Is this okay? Is okay to have only a 2% strain? Or less?
