pain from hanging

Yeah I have been using a heating gel pack for 5 minutes before hanging. Starting from today.

Does it feels better?

Too early to tell. I will let you know at the end of the week.

From what I’ve read, if you have your ligs cut you should have been hanging within days of the surgery SD or BTC to keep the ligs from scaring and from reattaching. I have a Bath-mate and it does little for the ligs.

Hanging is too much days after surgery, the swelling was also too much to do this. I was told to stretch or use a bathmate.

Why you had ligs cut?

Imho with the recent surgery you are feeling pain from the muscles around the base as the weight is stretching them and the ligs are not there anymore to support the weight.

Continue to use heat, back off the weight a bit, and take ibuprofen or tylenol to help with the discomfort.

Good luck

What muscles around the base would those be?

A well tailored suit is to women what lingerie is to men.

A well PE'd Penis gives girls the "Wow Eyes"

I honestly don’t know, but I had surgery for torsion about ~21years ago. *(they cut open my ball sack and ran a stitch/staple like thing from outside one testicle through to the outside of the other testicle and then stitched up the sack) and for months after the surgery even though it was “healed” I still had pain like what he describes.

I think it is just misc groin muscles that are now trying to perform a job that was once done by ligaments that are now cut. I am not a doctor and i don’t play one on TV, but it would make sense wouldn’t it?

Not really, transferred pain inside the body is very complex.

Perhaps if you are not a doctor you should refrain from giving doctors advice.

“Continue to use heat, back off the weight a bit, and take ibuprofen or tylenol to help with the discomfort.”

Especially if you don’t understand the anatomy around the Penis.

Yeah it feels slightly better. At the moment I am hanging once a day for 20 minutes.

Should I include any stretches or just hanging alone be enough?

It depends how much time are you hanging. One 20 minutes ste is not enough IMO.

So what would you recommend as a starting routine then?

I checked out a few threads and it seemed that 1 20 minute set per day would be enough.

I have no idea of your previous PE experience, if you never did anything you should start from the newbie routine. After a few months, if your goal is mostly length, you can do something more advanced like this:

Cheers. He’s talking about the V stretch right? When he says LH and RH pull up and one pulls down?
