Hanging 101

I like the looks of the V stretches. Heard good things about them.

This is the site I got my routine from. 20 minutes per day, 7 days per week.

But you think I should be doing more? Well I propose 2 sets of 20 minutes 3 on 1 off? What do you think of that?

Veterans of hanging seem to agree that at least 1-2 hours per day are required to see gains from hanging.

The guy in question is called Ben and I know him from Phallobards and he gained 2 inches doing it this way.

Of course everyone is different.

Yes I do have some experience of hanging. The site you took the routine is selling you a hanger, the guy on Phalloboards, if he told tht gained 2” by hanging 20 minutes per day, then he is bullshitting.

The site doesn’t sell hangers anymore. He stopped making them I think. Anyway I got my hanger from BIB.

So maybe 2 sets of 20 minutes per day will be enough. I’ll try that and see how I get on.

I think you will have to do 3-20 minute sets a day to see results. With 10 minutes between sets, it will take 1 1/2 hours a day for hanging.

Typed in ‘hanging routine’ in the search function but nothing came up.

I will start hanging 3 x 20 minutes per day, with 10 minutes breaks for heating.

I am going to start 4.5 lbs x 3 20 minutes sets.

I will warm up the penis and also keep it warm during my 10 minute breaks.

I have been reading a lot about kegel and edging and have searched it here but nothing came up. What are the benefits of kegels and edging, in regards to PE?

Finding the kegel muscle is proving difficult and it feels like I’m targeting the wrong muscle as it feels like my anus and below my balls is tightening, is this correct or am I using the wrong muscles?

It looks like a really good exercise but because I’m a newbie I don’t want to do 3 sets of hanging and then V stretch. So I will stick with hanging for now.
