Perfect Wrapping for Extender

Can anyone show me where to go to see how to wrap for when I use my extender? Thanks

I don’t think wrapping is required to use an extender.

But from a comfort standpoint, it’s very welcome.

That is why I am using theraband. I also am going to use cotton as well, like a t-shirt or actually go to the fabric store an purchase cotton material.

I used self sticking J&J (or generic) tape.
