I hang BTC for 5-7 sets for 7 days a week. On average, one day a week ends up being 2-3 sets due to interruptions (life).

Working on getting ABSURDLY thick - Latest picture - Late 2010

Ulcaster did you get up too 25 lbs. BTC? Thats sad if you didn’t gain, cause I’m up too 20.5 lbs BTC and I’m not sure if I gained yet at all? But I know when I get too 30 lbs. BTC in 2.5 months if I’m still hovering around 5.25-5.5 EL” I’m going to be very disapointed! That would mean I’m a freak and can’t gain from hanging!=( Then what?

Why would that mean you can’t gain from hanging? Wouldn’t that mean your just not at your growth weight? Or that your so conditioned that you may need to hang for a longer time? Or that you need to try different angles?

Is there a specific growth weight? I thought you kind of pull out crinelations each time you hang?

I do 6 sets everyday, I’m now at 22 lbs. BTC , which was horribly tough today.I haven’t measured last checked I was 5.5 EL, hopin’ fer gains! I’m sure there on the way, or they are there I just haven’t officially put it too ruler.

So.

Does hanging actually work because I did it with 15 lbs right from the start 2 years ago for 6 months and only gain a 1/2 erected and 1/4 in flaccid length back then I was 7.75 El at pelvis and 4.5 flaccid

What I did was wrap a self adhesive bandage 2 inch wide right before the head and then a sock and used a belt to hand a weight from did 3 20 min sessions with 10 min in between every other day but it hurt like F’en H*ll

Newdude you gained 1/2 inch in 6 months and your asking if hanging works? I think you answered your own question + your only doing 3 sets a day, unless everyone is lying about there gains, countless amount of people+yourself, hanging works, it’s the best way,and fastest way.. No other way for me, I wasn’t seeing much gains from manual PE, I’m not going to bother measuring til late April or May, I may be a hanger for life we will see, I should be gainin soon here

Only half an inch, id kill for that!

I started hanging with my self-made clamp type hanger back in 2003 and went from 4 5/8” BPEL to 7” BPEL by 2006. I reduced to maintenance type stretching and occasional hanging about once per week until February 15 2009 but I worked girth a little harder during the length routine break.

I am now embarking on a phase 2 of my plan and I want to reach my 9X6.5 goal within the next 3 years. I am hanging between 6 and 8 sets 5 days per week with light stretching only on the weekend.

For hanging I am using a clamp and a fulcrum and currently hang as high as 16 lbs but not below 8 lbs and the weight depends on the fatigue. When I reach my length goal I will add go back to maintenance for length and really up the girth work again.

My girth was originally 4 1/2” and is now 5 1/2” erect at the mid shaft. I have a feeling that reaching the 6.5” erect girth mark is going to be my hardest goal to reach and I may need to revise the date for reaching the girth but, at least for now, my goal stands.

There isn’t a specific growth weight that I know of. You do have to reach fatigue though.

so would as little as 6 pounds work ok or is that way too little?

Great gains!

I’ve gained a half inch in a year from hanging. I find heat, and manually stretching to your limits several times before attaching the weights help me reach fatigue.

Before using infrared heat to warmup, I was using 9 pounds and progressively going higher. Started using heat, and stretching my unit with the wench as an aid, before attaching the weight has helped in leaps and bounds.

I don’t go as hardcore with length exercises these days as I’m looking more for girth now. I can hang with 15 pounds or more, but I think lower weight and stretching is better. Heavy weights just constrict my dick head and make me want to remove the hanger.

A little creativity can keep those gains coming. My BPFSL is currently 7 inches, up 1.25 inches from 7 months ago.

I'm consistent in spurts, but gains are undeniable!

If it causes fatigue then it’s not too light. I started with 5 lbs when I first started and I don’t believe I ever got to fatigue within the recommended 20 minute sets.

I did 25+ almost entirely BTC. I was going to make a rig to hang from an upper angle because I have very low LOT but I gave up and never got around to it. Even with a BIB with proper wrapping, going over 25lbs. hurt a little.
