Yes, I do hang and have tried every sort of hanging device.

If your wrap is right and your hanger correctly tight, the stress will be distributed on the whole penis otherwise every hanger would mostly get skin and not length or base girth: this is not the case.

This theory is very interesting. However, if 1440lbs per day would be optimal. Am I wasting my time hanging at any weight and time that doesn’t amount to 1440lbs per 24 hours?

The most do-able of these would be 15lbs for 96mins. But even then I wouldn’t be able to hang 15lbs in a vac hanger for a long time.

8 LB in heavy ADS or weights for 2 hrs. = 960lb
2 LB for 4 hrs while taking a nap = 480lb

1440 LB in 6 hrs.

That’s still ALOT of time in a hanger/ADS

I’m interpretating Buby’ beliefs, because I suppose he’s pretty busy right now. He could correct me later. 1440 lbs/H is the optimal number, on average. This is based on the extender time x tension recommended use.

Given that extenders instructions says generally that a minimum of 4 h/day wearing the device is needed, anyone can do his calcs. The minimal number to see gains is 480, and so on.

Have you been able to gain according to this theory buby?

I started seeing moderate gains after having hanged over two months with 7 pounds for two hours a day one day on one day off and pumping every morning about 30 minutes at moderate pressure with warm water in the cylinder, granted I jelq regularly before and after hanging sessions.

Hm..quite intresting, but with an ADS fatigue can not be achieved that easy and ligs are not pulled out of the budy that much.

I mean ligs gains are coming faster with heavier weight, so doesnt this destroy the theory?

The fastest gains were seen in the first month (so we will disregard the first month as newbie gains), and were about as much as was gained in months 2-6.
Use of the device decreased as time went on, from an average of 5 hours/day to 4hours/day.

Calculations:
Month 2-6 =
~1700 pound*hours

Or 11.33 pound*hours per day for 150 days for a gain of 0.32 inches
5312 pound*hours (or 318720 pound minutes) to gain 1”.

Which would be 873 pound minutes*365 days. So we need to hand 873 pound minutes to gain 1” in a year according to this study.

Which is equivalent to hanging 10lbs for 90 minutes, or 6 15 minute sessions everyday.

This comes out to a gain of 0.07 mm a day.
