Hey there I tried search but did not find something like what I want to ask. I have been into PE since just before my register date here. I have been actually hanging since April 20 2009. I have worked my way up to and have been pretty consistent with about 2 hours total time in the hanger a day split into 3 session of 2x20 minute sets. So I have been doing this with a Bungee chain I made with zip ties so I am not positive how much weight/tension is on it. I just do what feels comfortable on my penis.

Anyways not to make this too long and keep people from giving me their opinions. I hit a plateau of no gains in August 2009 took a break of 2 months from hanging started to pump a little with only jelqing to aid. I stopped pumping 4 weeks ago and started hanging right after. I worked my way back into my old routine of 3 sessions a day of 2x20 minute sets. I reached very little fatigue so I tried out 3 sessions at 3x20 sets this is 3 hours total in the hanger a day. I also jelq 80 times after each session of 3x20 sets that’s 240 jelqs a day,I hope you are still with me here?

So the 3 hours hanging a day and 240 jelqs a day I find my erection quality is slightly down and my penis is well fatigued by the last session before bed. I can get it up after the last session but not as easy though it can be because I am usually tired before bed. The thing is in the morning I am almost always erect and find it very difficult to start my morning session just 30 minutes after waking up. I am getting full on erections as I try to wrap for the morning hang.

So my question is can this be seen as a positive situation? I have been in this routine a month after taking like 2.5 months off hanging with just pumping/jelqin I never really fully took a decon break. If I would guess my bungee cord setup tension would be comparable to 5-8lbs as I have compared it with the feel of a gallon and it feels a little less pressure pulling. By the way a Weight of 1 US Gallon of water = approx. 8.35 lb. I guess my fatigue at night along with the fatigue of my penis witch is a pretty good amount of fatigue during the last session at night leads to less erection strength. In the morning its all back to normal or better with erections full strength.

Thanks and please feel free to ask I have not really measured because fear of still being in my plateau but my penis feels once again bigger than before I came back to hanging it is giving me the strength to continue hanging something I did not after have September-October and decided to stave off hanging then.

Morning word that takes 30 minutes to subside, as you’ve described, is absolutely a good state of being. I would not worry about the wood after your PI sessions. The morning wood is where its at.

Thanks but I meant that my morning session is 30 minutes after I wake up not my morning erection last 30 minutes. I do have a problem though my penis will not go flaccid in the morning it becomes fully erect as soon as I attempt to wrap it for hanging. I am getting a bit frustrated this has been happening just in the morning. I have just 2 hours to myself at home before I leave for work so I need the whole 2 hours for my 3x20 minute hanging time plus rest breaks. This is hard though having to fight an erection that pops up faster than I can wrap it. Here I am sitting typing this and my erection went away but soon as I wrap it comes back so fast. I guess this is due to my new jelqing technique I started jelqin with my foreskin in non retracted state and it seems to made me have better erections vs the old way I jelqed with foreskin retracted.

I have been trying 20 minutes unsuccessful to wrap without getting erect any ideas how to overcome this so I can get my morning session done in the time allotted?

Frankly BigBassman, I think you plateaued because you missed a session or two and that’s when plateauing occurs. The best preventative measures are an ADS daily. Then you can miss your routine for a day or two or even three with no losses and no plateau. Life happens and an ADS is your insurance against losses.
